Returns of orders and products due to the product being in poor condition or needing its replacement, must be requested by e-mail to La Quince Brewery, indicating the order number, in order to guide you about the process to follow.
In general terms, this is the reason for returning orders or products according to current legislation:
– Refund for defects caused in transport or error in shipping:
If at the time of delivery it is visibly and clearly appreciated that a product has defects caused by damage in transport or an error in the merchandise received is appreciated in the same way, the client must notify La Quince Brewery ( by email) within 24 hours of receiving the order to be able to urge the return of the affected product or products and thus the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.
It will always be necessary to provide the following images:
– Photo of the merchandise damaged in its entirety: the photo must show the damage in its entirety and not just a detail. If the damage is not perceptible in a general shot, it will be necessary to add one more image of the article where it is shown. In case more than one damaged item is found, take the photo by grouping all the items in a single image.
– Photo of the outer packaging, including the transport company label: the photo must show that the shipment has been made with the transport company and that the claim corresponds to the contracted shipment. We request that the photo be taken at a distance where the shipping label is visible.
– Photo of the merchandise with inner packaging: the photo must show that the packaging used has protected the content during transport. We request an image of the damaged merchandise placed inside the packaging, as it originally arrived at the recipient.
